On a budget and still looking for that cozy-home feeling? I've got you. There's so many ways to cozify your space without breaking the bank. I've included my top-10 that I have in my own home, that I'd purchase again and again if I had to.
Realistic flickering flameless candles: These have the most gorgeous acrylic shell and are available in gold, black, and white. I have two sets of the gold ones on either side of my mantle, and wow do they add a vibe. Wow to these also being incredibly affordable.
Cordless touch table lamp: If you know me, you know I love warm light. I've added small lamps everywhere that make sense, and adding one in the kitchen next to the sink has been such a sweet touch. It's too awkward of a space to reach a plug, so this cordless re-chargeable one is perfect. It lasts me 1-2 weeks of use before needing to charge again (used only a few hours a week), and it completely changes the space with it's charming aesthetic.
Eucalyptus wreaths: The faux material on these 20" wreaths look life-like and stand the test of time. They work both indoor and outdoor, as I have these on my main entrance doors, but would definitely put them inside if the occasion called. Such a great price point for an item I can personally attest to durability-wise that can stay out all year regardless of occasion
Lightweight fleece throw blanket: This might be THE most affordable throw on Amazon, at least where I live. I bought some for me and even gifted them to my kid's teachers for the holidays. They make a great accent on beds, couches, or chairs. There's nothing that says cozy more than something soft willing to wrap up you and your guests.
Rattan oil diffuser: I've owned a few oil diffusers in my time, and never have I seen one more in-touch with my home decor than this. It blends in with everything from elegant coastal, to boho chic, to rustic charm. It also emits a warm light and is so easy to refill with your favorite essential oils. Who doesn't love a cute look and efficiency?
Over the toilet scalloped storage basket: It's important to maximize storage in your home, and that means using behind the toilet. Whether it's toilet paper, a reed diffuser, hand towels, or whatever you need to keep - do it with style and spend less. This basket is multi-purpose for me while offering a neutral design that goes with decor style, and comes along for the ride when I decide to redecorate.
Gold arched floor length mirror: You cannot beat the size of this thing for the price. It's absolutely gorgeous and it makes an amazing (useful) statement piece in any room. I love this one because it's almost 5 feet and it looks so classy, without spending an arm and a leg. I have it in the dining room using the stand function, but also purchased for my daughter's room and hung it on the wall. Did I also mention it's shatterproof?!
Washable entryway area rug: We have pets and kids, and if we own a rug it's a must that it be washable. This is my favorite that has lasted us for over a year now and has truly stood the test of time. There's multiple patterns and sizes, but the 2x3 is absolutely perfect for what we need, offering neutral tones and a statement piece for right when you walk in the door.
Boho striped pillow covers: I love to change out my couch pillows and this is an easy go-to when there's not a major holiday to decorate for. They go with absolutely any sofa and wash extremely well. We have them in creamy white, but there's so many colors to choose from!
Faux coffee table books: I am obsessed with adding some book accents on a side table, shelf, or coffee table. These are so gorgeous and are multi-purpose, opening up for secret storage. I purchased these because of the incredibly high ratings and they did not disappoint.
From my hands to your eyes - these are all things that I've tested (kid and pet approved) and would highly reccomend to start the warm and fuzzies in your home, without spending a ton of money!
