A quick disclosure before we start: This post includes Amazon affiliate links. Purchasing through them helps support my blog at no extra cost to you. Thank you for being here. See my affiliate disclosure.

While you can learn my favorite tips to get you unstuck here, I wanted to provide you guys with the essentials (all from Amazon) that help aid me in achieving even the smallest of reset wins.

If there's one thing I know, it's that creating a calming environment matters far beyond aesthetics. It also doesn't need to be complicated. These simple products make the biggest differences when it comes to regulation, and I'm hoping they can help you, too!

  1. Blankets! I touch on the soft and cozy ones, but weighted blankets are fantastic too, instantly creating a safe and grounded feeling after a stressful day.

  1. Soft lighting everywhere. I talk a little about this in my cozy home article, but I love a good lamp light to warm up your space and lessen overhead light stimulation.

  1. Cozy clothes are an absolute must in these moments. The last thing you need is something stiff or tight adding to your dysregulated moments. These sets are ones that I own personally and love, and while they're great to lounge in at home, they're still so cute to run errands in. Thank me later.

  1. Scent favorites. I talk a lot about switching up your smells to redirect your brain, and there are different ways I achieve this based on my mood. From oil diffusing, candles, wax melts, and simmer pots - there are so many ways to achieve a beautiful scent in your surroundings. Here are some of my favorite products that help with this:

  1. Sleep essentials. Because you need it, your body wants it, and there are ways to lean into your Z's to make it that more cozy and delicious.

  1. Lean into water. Whether swimming, shower, or just washing your face. Water is your best friend during moments of stress or anxiety. Pair these with a good everything shower and you've just elevated your entire experience.

Soft lighting, warm drinks, cozy clothes, calming routines, and small comforts have honestly made a bigger difference for me than any trendy wellness routine ever has.

And while none of these things are a magical fix for stress, it's about moving through moments, and eventually, getting through to the other side.
